This booking includes both private duplex units, LUXR A and LUXR B. Please make sure you are booking the full duplex option if your group needs both homes. For everyone’s comfort, both homes are strictly non smoking indoors. Smoking inside either property may result in additional cleaning and odor removal charges. Pets may be allowed with prior approval and a $15 pet fee per pet, per stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the homes, neighbors, and community. Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway, front entrance, and back entrance areas for guest safety. There are no cameras inside either home. Early check in and late checkout may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability and cleaning schedule. Parking is available in the private driveway areas. Street parking may also be available, but it is not guaranteed and must follow local signs and neighborhood rules.
